Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
30% advance payment within 10 business from contract conclusion with the selected Supplier, 70% within 10 business days from delivery of the products to the specified warehouse, cost of delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the cost of products, delivery cost shall be indicated in a separate field.
Delivery terms:
1) criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, price, terms of payment, work experience; 2) this procedure for requesting proposals is not konursom and is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE; 3) this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE; thus, the procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities
Comments: Attached Commercial Proposals shall specify the following: 1) Supplier (contact details, contact person); 2) Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, manufacturer's representative, independent seller); 3) Price per unit (delivery cost excluded); 4) Price per unit (delivery cost included); 5) Delivery basis (point of delivery); 6) Time of delivery (number of days); 7) Transportation method; 8) Packaging/container type; 9) Payment terms; 10) Availability in stock (measurement units); 11) Warranty (detailed terms); 12) Commercial proposal validity. In case any of the above-mentioned points are omitted, Commercial Proposal will not be considered.
