Comments: Acceptance of goods and materials in the warehouse of the Buyer
1) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the official form with the seal and signature of the executive officer and shall be attached to the procurement documentation. 2) In commercial proposal specify - the cost of inventories with VAT, including costs for the delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer, packing costs (package shall comply with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96), - measuring units in commercial proposal must correspond to the requested; - relation to product (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.); - delivery time to the warehouse of the Buyer; - warranty conditions; - the approximate volume and weight (the whole amount); - delivery method; - acceptance of the contract. 3) Products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing of commercial proposal; 4) The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming quality; 5) Before shipment, you must provide photo of packaging, photo of marking of goods (according to the marking the uploaded documents) 6) The criteria for selecting the best offer: acceptance of agreement in our form, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, terms of payment, work experience; 7) This request for proposals is not a tender, and its conduction is not regulated by Articles 447 -449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code 8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code 9) Transportation costs shall be specified in commercial proposall separately, on the route: supplier's warehouse - buyer's warehouse.
