Comments:
1) Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a Commercial proposal specifying delivery time and payment terms, as well as the Certificate (of a representative, partner, ...)
6) In cases where the counterparty is not a manufacturer of goods and materials, it is not able to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of goods and materials, or information on the supplier’s status must be available on the manufacturer’s website) if the counterparty agrees to include penalties in the supply contract in the amount of 100% of the amount of the shipped consignment of goods and materials in case of delivery that do not meet the conditions of the goods and materials specification (the delivery is "non-original s "), and the provision of 100% delay of at least 45 days.
