The Answer provided outside the specified period of provision of the TAP, as well as the conditions differing from the terms of the contract and the technical specification planned for purchase, will be considered as improper TAP, which excludes the possibility of using it in Formation of the NMSC. This procedure of collecting information does not entail any obligations for the Customer. |
