Delivery terms:
1. Soil sampling by cutting ring method, from pits,
prepared by the contractor, at the rate of 1 pit per 3000m2. With
numbering and reference to the axes of each sample.
2. Performing laboratory tests of soils to determine
drawdown according to GOST 23161-2012, in an accredited laboratory.
3.1. Receipt of laboratory test reports, on the presence of
subsidence, filling in and signing, commission, certificates on
the presence of subsidized soils and admission to further development of the excavation site
0.5m, with the application of laboratory soil test reports.
3.2. Receipt of laboratory test reports on the absence
of subsidence, filling in and signing,
commission, inspection certificates of the bottom of the excavation with a note on the absence of subsidence
soils and admission to compaction of the bottom of the excavation and subsequent layer-by-layer
filling, with the attachment of laboratory soil test reports.
4. Daily monitoring of the work on layer-by-layer filling and
compaction of the embankment.
5. Soil sampling, by the method of a cutting ring on each tested
layer, at the rate of 1 sample per 5000m2. Determination of the compaction coefficient
soil according to GOST 5180-2015.
6. Inspection of each layer of layer-by-layer filling, signing
of acts of hidden work on each layer.
7. Control of the conduct and correctness of tests by the Contractor for
vertical layout, layer-by-layer compaction of soil with a dynamic
density meter, of the type of remote control unit-MG4, ZORN and control of testing
with a static stamp according to ODM 218.5.007- 2016, with the signing of acts.

Comments: All works are carried out "turnkey" by materials and forces of the Contractor. The cost of the work includes the delivery of equipment, materials to the facility, travel expenses, laboratory soil studies and other costs.
The contractor, before signing the contract, went to the site, got acquainted "in the field" with all the conditions of work – entrances, places of storage of materials, etc., inspected the place of work, relief and all the conditions for the production of work. The results of the site inspection and local conditions are reflected in the scope and cost of work.
Payment for the work performed is made for the amount of work actually performed, based on documentation, with confirmation by technical supervision and a representative of the Customer.
The contractor fully assumes all obligations to comply with the requirements for ensuring safe work, compliance with the requirements for occupational health, TB and PB, in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation, and to carry out the following list of activities in the production of contract work: organizational measures, measures to provide personal protective equipment. Before starting work, conduct briefings in the field of labor protection and fire safety with an entry in the briefing logs. The Contractor is obliged to immediately respond to all comments from the Customer on violations of the rules of OT, TB and PB and immediately eliminate them. The customer has the right to stop the contractor's work until the violations are eliminated. The Customer has the right to impose a fine on the Contractor for non-compliance with the Customer's requirements to eliminate violations of the rules of OT, TB and PB
