Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay to the Supplier the sum equivalent to 15 (one hundred) percent of the consignment value not later than fifteen (15) business days from shipping documents submission (invoice, consignment note, waybill or as agreed by the parties).
Delivery terms:
1) Commercial proposal must specify the product manufacturer, availability, production time, time of delivery to the warehouse of the supplier (for each item separately), cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), sending point, Supplier's relation to the product (dealer, free seller, etc.) 2) The products shall be new, unused and shall comply with the requirements specification; 3) The products must be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate; 4) Criteria for selecting the best offer: delivery time, price, payment terms, experience of cooperation with the supplier; 5) Before shipping packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, copies of the documents are to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
