Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the total value of the respective batch of Goods within 10 (ten) bank days from the date of delivery of the respective shipment of Goods (from the date of the signature invoice without comment), and providing an invoice

Comments:
1) TMC as requested, original factory production.
2) A commercial proposal by form (see procurement documentation), a document confirming the relation of products is required
3) The products must be new, not used.
4) Products must be attached: product quality certificate, passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality of goods, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Code of the Russian Civil Code;
7) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Therefore, this Proposal Request Procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer
8) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing sheet (see example filling in the purchase documentation), paste the packing sheet on the package with the product, and send a copy to the Customer by email.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
