Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must submit the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (template attached to the auction) + calculation according to the requirements of the Terms of Reference for 1 sample for each study. The total amount of the price list is the total amount of the KP and the amount for the ETP.
There should be 1 laboratory providing a full range of services.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
