Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant batch of goods no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of goods
Delivery terms:
By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse to the specified address. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 (lathing / box)
Comments: Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Cost of goods and materials including VAT, including delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer, including packaging (Packing should be only in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96). The cost must be final, solid, include all add. costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Attitude to products - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. You must download a document confirming the status of the dealer, representative.
Specify product manufacturer and the country of origin.
3) Delivery time to the buyer's warehouse.
4) Mode of transportation
5) Transportation conditions:
- specialist. transportation requirements, if applicable;
- storage conditions: warehouse open / closed, heated / unheated,
- temperature range in which the product retains its properties and for how long
6) Warranty for the goods. You must specify the warranty period for the product, as well as the date from which the warranty begins to operate (from the date of shipment from the factory, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
7) The term of replacement of the goods under warranty.
8) After-sales service (indicate where applicable to the product. Are maintenance services, training or product-related consulting provided? Specify the company that provides services for the supplied goods)
9) Experience with the supply of this product on the market (attach the reference list)
10) Approximate volume and weight (for the whole volume).
11) Agreement with the agreement.
12) Availability of inventory in warehouses.
13) Products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TAP;
14) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document certifying quality
15) KP validity term.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
