Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. The advance is not provided. The proposals contain an advance payment will not be considered. Term of payment for the products within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the products by the buyer.
Delivery terms:the required delivery date: no later than 15th day of the month specified in the procurement documentation. Shipped products must be new, previously unused, date not earlier than the year 2018. Packaging requirements-products must be packed in packagings manufacturer providing safety during delivery. Packaging-industrial packaging 15-25 kg, if namenovanii is not specified the required amount of packaging. Products must be marked with the manufacturer. At the moment of transfer of the goods must have documents certifying quality. The warranty is not less than the manufacturer's warranty. At the time of receipt of the products by the buyer the warranty shelf life (storage) must be not less than 75% of the manufacturer warranty period. Quality of delivered products within the duration of the warranty period shall correspond to functional features (consumer properties) of the goods. In the event of a change in the quality of the product during the warranty period of storage (shelf life), the supplier is obliged to replace the defective products to a new expense. At the time the products incoming control is carried out, the results of which are reflected in the Act of input control. Allowable tolerance of supplied products for each position +/-15%. The Supplier shall deliver the products that underwent an obligatory certification or conformity declaring in accordance with the current requirements of the Russian laws.
