1. 100% payment upon shipment within 15 banking days
Delivery terms:
1. Prices should be indicated on EXW terms (pick-up from the supplier's warehouse). In the cost of products transport costs do not lay. The cost of products provide for packaging and, if necessary, the crate of the cargo.
2. Specify the readiness period of the products for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify product relation. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products should be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached technical specifications;
6. Specify warranty terms on the Product. It should be calculated from the moment the TMC was put into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and total by lot (mass, volume).
8. At shipment, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo area.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the offer (5 pcs.). Fields should be filled in informatively, without comments - "in KP".
Optional (not a prerequisite):
If it is possible to deliver the Goods on the terms of DDP (Buyer Warehouse/Port of Magadan), the offer must be issued as an alternative KP to the announced procedure. Delivery costs must be specified in the CP in a separate line.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
