Payment terms:1. 100% payment upon delivery of the inventory to the buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:1. Prices should be indicated on EXW terms (pickup from the supplier's warehouse). Transport costs should not be included in the cost of products. The cost of products should include packaging and, if necessary, the crate of the cargo.
2. Specify the product availability for shipment and shipping address.
3. Specify the manufacturer of the product. Specify the relationship to the product. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Product and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. The product must be new, not used. The products must comply with the attached technical specifications;
6. Specify the warranty period for the Product. It should be calculated from the moment the TMC is put into operation.
7. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the overall lot (weight, volume).
8. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each piece of cargo according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each package.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the offer (5 pieces). The fields must be filled in informative, without comments - "in the KP".

Optional (optional):

If it is possible to deliver the Goods on the terms of DDP (Buyer's Warehouse/Port of Magadan), the offer must be issued as an alternative KP to the announced procedure. Shipping costs must be indicated in the KP as a separate line.

Comments:
Criteria for determining the winner:

1. Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, approval of the Customer.
2. The lowest total cost of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in St. Magadan.
3. The goods are ready for shipment.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out electronically on the B2B-Center group ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). The participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
