Lamoda is holding a tender to select a contractor for the operation of transit warehouses in the Russian Federation.

1. Commercial proposal:
must be sent STRICTLY in the form of "Commercial Proposal submission form", one file in Excel format, the second is a scan (*.pdf) of this proposal with the signature and seal of the organization through the B2B Center platform;
2. The Bidder shall consider the availability and content of this Invitation and all information provided in relation to this Invitation as confidential information and shall use it only for the purpose of preparing and submitting an offer for Lamoda.
The Bidder shall not publish or disclose confidential information without prior written consent of Lamoda.
The information disclosed by the Bidder in relation to or in response to the Invitation will be treated by Lamoda as confidential and will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided.
Lamoda has the right to acquaint with the bidding documentation received from the Bidders of the tender, its employees and (or) third parties involved at its discretion.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Требования к участнику:1) Отсутствие неисполненных предписаний судебного органа;

2) Организация не должна находиться в процессе ликвидации, реорганизации или под процедурой банкротства; на ее имущество не должен быть наложен арест;
Список требуемой документации для допуска участника к следующим этапам закупки:1) Скан-копия заверенной анкеты контрагента (см файл "Анкета контрагента". Обратите, пожалуйста, внимание, что поля должны быть заполнены, пусты не должно быть, если поле к вам не относится, поставьте, пожалуйста "Нет");

2) Скан-копии правоустанавливающих документов;
