Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the consignment within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the consignment (the date of signing the consignment note without complaints) and the submission of the tax invoice.

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the tender means acceptance of the form of the buyer's contract.
2) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer electronically.
3) When exhibiting KP, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of the product, the availability, the date of manufacture, the delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, the dimensions of the cargo (mass, volume, number of containers), the point of shipment;
4) The products must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
quality;
6) Before packing, fill out the packing list (see example of filling in the purchasing
documentation), paste the packing list on the package with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
In the proposed CP specify:
1) Separately, the cost for the goods and separately the cost of delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) References to the manufacturer;
4) Terms of payment;
5) Delivery time;
6) Supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
