2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment value upon signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.

) Parts of the original factory.
2) Be sure to upload the following documents: Commercial proposal, a certificate confirming Supplier's relation to the supplied products. Certificate for the supplied products.
3) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
4) The products must be accompanied with: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
6) this procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
7) this same procedure is not public and not competition is governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
8) before shipment, you must fill out a packing list (see example in procurement documentation), stick packing list on the packaging with the product, a copy to send to the customer by e-mail.
9) Goods must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the far North and similar areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
