Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
100% payment is preferred upon delivery within 30 calendar days of receipt of the goods at the warehouse of the buyer and provide the originals of the shipping documents (invoice, packing slip, warranty) and certificates/ quality certificates, prepaid allowed.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
