Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. 100% payment upon receipt of INVENTORY in the warehouse of the buyer in Magadan within 15 days.
2 payment of 100% on the fact of transmission of CMV to first carrier within 10 working days.
Delivery terms:1. Price point terms EX-warehouse of the supplier with the address of the warehouse shipment.

2. For every cargo space with commodities and materials packing list must be attached to the inventory of COMMODITIES and MATERIALS and quantity. (prerequisite)

3. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).

Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
