Request for proposals is not a bargaining (contest, auction) in accordance with articles 447-449 or public competition in accordance with articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the organizer and/or Obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
