Supplier's questionnaire shall be filled, signed, sealed. 2. Consent to the processing of personal data for each person referred to the questionnaire shall be sealed and signed. 3. NDA - sealed and signed. 4. Copy of certificate on state registration of legal entity; 5. Copy of the information letter of tax office on registration; 6. Copies of constituent documents (Charter) 7. Copies of the certificate of SRO ( for design and installation work and commissioning) 8. Current extract from USRLE register or USRIE (not older than 3 months)


The file for specification of the cost will be presented on the stage of conduction of the tender.
