Обоснование: Основание: ПАО "Завод "Фиолент" в настоящий момент уже состоит в договорных отношениях с ЗАО "НПО Союзнихром" с июля 2013 года. Есть заключенный прямой договор. Предложение, которое предоставила вышеуказанная фирма, по срокам поставки, качеству продукции (потому что мы знаем, что они являются производителями, так как ознакамливались с их производством и мы уже испытывали указанный материал в нашем производстве) для нас является наиболее выгодным.
