Each Supplier, subject to compliance with the stated requirements, has the opportunity to participate during the entire period of the request.
We draw your attention to the fact that a commercial proposal submitted by you within the framework of this Supplier Request must be in the form of an offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 436. Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter Civil Code) with a period for acceptance within 7 days from the date of its receipt. This offer cannot be withdrawn by you within the specified period established for its acceptance. There is no fee for an irrevocable offer.
This Invitation is not a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This Request is not a tender (including in the form of a tender, auction or other form) or a public tender governed by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on JSC Salavatsteklo stipulated by the above-mentioned articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation , as well as obligations to conclude a contract with the person who sent the most advantageous offer.
The request may be canceled at any time prior to summing up.
In case of changing the conditions of the Request or its cancellation, expenses incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Request, including those associated with participation in negotiations, are not reimbursed.

The selection of the most advantageous offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment within 30 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods is preferable;
- it is preferable to conclude the Agreement in the standard form of Salavatsteklo JSC (the contract form can be provided to the selection participant upon request);
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection. |
