Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
The proposed products must be new, not used. All products must be accompanied by passports and certificates of conformity. A stretch film with the addition of secondary polyethylene is considered. Proposals are required in the form of a TAP with sample passports for the products offered. There will be a competitive advantage for the organization that will fix the prices for a long term and specify the fixation period in the offer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
