Payment terms:
The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier cash in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the cost of this consignment no later than 15 (fifteen) working days upon shipment after the submission of the shipping documents of invoice, TN and TTN.
Delivery terms:
It is obligatory to attach the Commercial offer in electronic form.
1. Indicate prices at the destination of Komsomolsk-on-Amur

Criteria for determining the Winner:
1. The term of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
2. Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, agreement of the Customer.
3. The lowest total cost of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
4. The attitude of the participant to the product (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
