Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. Delivery terms:1. By delivering goods to the TC terminal in Krasnoyarsk.
2. By taking goods from the Supplier's warehouse in Krasnoyarsk
Georeferencing:- Krasnoyarsk region, Krasnoyarsk
- Krasnoyarsk Territory, Krasnoyarsk, Central district
Comments:
1) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
2) Products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
4) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
5) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
7) The cargo must be packed in rigid packaging - crate or on a pallet
