This RFQ procedure is not a bidding, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFQ procedure is also not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner. A participant in the price request procedure as part of the application must necessarily submit the documents specified in clause 4.2.2. of this documentation. Applications submitted by RFQ participants with no stated documents attached, will not be admitted to participate in the procedure and will not be considered by the Customer.
