EVRAZ Vanadiy Tula JSC informs that when introducing competitive procedures for the right to conclude a contract, it is taken into account, including the use of the standard contract form developed by the company. Approval of the standard contract form by the Supplier must be in writing. If a participant in competitive procedures has disagreements regarding the content of the standard form, changes must be made to the standard form in the correction mode and sent for consideration.
