Comments:
1) Products must be new, not used.
2) The price includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse

5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
8) Each package with the Goods, as well as each package, must include / attach a packing list.
9) It is imperative to upload the TCH certified by the signature of the head and the seal indicating all the requested delivery terms.
