Обоснование: ООО "Лидер М" направил на закрытый ящик коммерческое предложение с наиболее высокой ценой, что отражено в протоколе №1 от 10.11.2020г. и в итоге признается комиссией победителем торгов по приобретению транспортерной ленты.
24.11.2020г. ООО "Лидер М" направляет письмо с отказом о заключении договора и победителем признается физлицо Раздобудин В.А., который предоставил вторую по величине стоимость закупа ленты, что отражено в протоколе №2 от 24.11.2020г.
07.12.2020г. был заключен договор на продажу ленты б/у и отходов ленты между ООО "Мечел-Кокс и ФЛ Раздобудиным В.А.
14.12.2020г. - ФЛ Раздобудин В.А. произвел закуп только отходов ленты в количестве 2,06тн.
