and declared the call for bids void.
Обоснование: в связи с поступлением предложения от организации ООО "РтиКомплектСервис", не имеющей возможности участия (отсутствие ЭЦП), принято решение о проведении дополнительных туров процедуры с использованием закрытого электронного адреса Tender_UMTS@mechel.ru с приглашением всех участников. По результатам проведенной процедуры повышения цен 24.10.2019 г. через закрытый электронный ящик признать победителем ООО "РтиКомплектСервис" в общем кол-ве 140 тн по цене 38 500,00 руб./тн. без НДС. Реализация на условиях самовывоза и 100% предоплаты.
