Two-stage bidding procedure

1. Procedure for submitting proposals
1.1. The deadline for accepting commercial offers is up to 25.01.2021.
1.2. Commercial offers should be sent to the tender box of JSC RUSAL Achinsk agk.tender@rusal.com marked "Tender for used conveyor belt".
We draw your attention to the fact that the Agreement is signed in the version of the seller.
2. Other conditions
The contract (agreement) will be concluded with the participant in the competitive selection, whose proposal was recognized as the best proposal according to the results of the evaluation stage and took first place according to the ranking of proposals according to the degree of preference. Upon receipt of commercial offers with the same price for the goods being sold, we will have to appoint a rebidding. Notice is sent to all participants who have sent commercial offers.
I propose to indicate the maximum possible prices.

JSC RUSAL Achinsk reserves the right to reject a commercial offer for participation in the selection if:
- the buyer did not submit a commercial offer within the above period in clause 1.1. this Letter;
- revealed the facts of the buyer providing unreliable information;
JSC RUSAL Achinsk reserves the right, if it is impossible to determine the best commercial offer and in order to ensure equal competitive conditions for all selection participants, send a list of maximum prices to all selection participants (without specifying the buyers who offered these prices) and offer all participants selection to adjust and propose their final commercial proposals.
JSC RUSAL Achinsk reserves the right not to give reasons for its decision to determine the selection winners.
