Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
to participate in the procurement procedure, it is necessary to reinforce the commercial proposal, with the signature and seal on the Organization's letterhead.
The KP should specify the following:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Vendor status-Manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
3. Price per unit (lot) of goods without VAT.
4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Payment terms
6. Experience with Rusagro-years, on the market-years
7. Guarantees of shelf life of goods

To the commercial proposal it is necessary to attach the constituent documents (financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years), certificates of quality for products

Participation in the bidding means agreeing to work on the standard form of the contract "Tambov Bacon" LLC.
The model contract and the lot composition with the list of purchased goods are backed up in the documentation on trading.
