| Delivery terms: | Delivery of products is carried out by forces and at the expense of the "Supplier" to the warehouse of the "Buyer".

Delivery is carried out during 2020 according to the specified applications of the Buyer for the required number. The volume of purchased products can be changed taking into account changes in the needs of the Customer.
Requirements:
Prices and nomenclature in the offer are not subject to change during 2020.
Uploading of documentation to the price offer for ETP B2B is MANDATORY and must correspond to the last bid for ETP B2B, drawn up in accordance with the comments set forth in the notice of purchase on tapes, otherwise the Organizer has the right to reject the offer of the Participant.
The delivered products must be new, not restored and STRICTLY in accordance with the request of the "Buyer".
Warranty and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations. The presence of a quality certificate if the product is subject to mandatory certification. |
