Payment terms:
1. 100% payment after shipment to the buyer's address within 10 banking days.
Delivery terms:
1. EXW Prices indicate the conditions of self-export.
2. DDP Prices include shipping (port Magadan, warehouse "TD Polymetal")
3. DDP Prices indicate taking into account delivery Magadan region, Omsukchansky district, JSC "Silver of Magadana" GOK Dukat (delivery to the customer's warehouse).

11. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional offer fields (5 pcs.). Fields should be filled informatively, without comment - "in KP".
Optional (optional):
If it is possible to deliver the Goods on the terms of DDP (Buyer's Warehouse/Magadan Port), the offer should be issued as an alternative KP to the announced procedure. Delivery costs must be specified in the KP by a separate line.
Criteria for determining the Winner:
1. Compliance of the proposed products to the conditions of the technical specification, approval of the Customer.
2. The lowest total value of the transaction taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city. Magadane.
3. The period of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.
