Payment terms:
1. 100% payment after shipment to the buyer's address within 10 banking days.
Delivery terms:
1. EXW Prices are subject to pickup.
2. DDP Prices include delivery (port of Magadan, warehouse "TD Polymetal")
3. DDP The prices should be indicated taking into account the delivery of Magadan Region, "Silver of Magadan" GOK Lunnoye (delivery to the customer's warehouse).
In the cost of products, provide for packaging and, if necessary, crate the cargo.
4. Indicate the date of product readiness for shipment.
5. Indicate the manufacturer of the product. Indicate the relationship to the product. If a dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
6. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and their quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
7. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached terms of reference;
8. Specify the warranty periods for the Product. It must be calculated from the moment the inventory is put into operation.
9. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the total by lot (weight, volume).
10. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending it is necessary to send a photo of each package.
11. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the proposal (5 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the KP".

If it is possible to deliver the Goods on DDP terms (Buyer's warehouse / Port of Magadan), the offer must be issued as an alternative commercial proposal to the announced procedure. Delivery costs must be indicated on a separate line in the commercial proposal.
Criteria for determining the Winner:
1. Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, agreement of the Customer.
2. The lowest total cost of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in Magadan.
3. The term of the Goods readiness for shipment.
4. The attitude of the participant to the product (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
Comments: It is obligatory to attach the Commercial offer in electronic form.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
