Conditions:
1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier who offered the lowest price and 100% deferred payment (approved corporate payment terms: Post-payment within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse and signing of the Competitive Bidding Process-12/UPD;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency without VAT;
3. Required delivery time - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery time from the date of conclusion of the specification;
4. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 60 days.
5. Requirements for the provision of documents - mandatory availability of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or a manufacturer's certificate. Warranty obligations, certificates of conformity, quality certificates for products
6. Requirements for the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in (specified in the Bid Notice request for proposals) at the seller's expense. (DDP according to Incoterms-2010).
7. Requirements for submitting an offer - in addition to filling out a template for submitting a commercial offer to an E-Marketplace. It is necessary to: attach your detailed technical and commercial proposal.
8. The Contract is concluded in the form of a Buyer;
