Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment by the buyer of each lot of products is carried out for a period of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days after receipt of the product to the warehouse of the buyer (consignee) and subject to the production of Supplier invoices. Invoice for the delivered products is provided by the supplier to the purchaser within 5 calendar days from the date of product shipment. If the contract is with SMSP, due date shall be set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
