The procedure of market study is carried out according to the needs of JSC Mikhailovsky GOK named after A.V. Varichev, which is part of METALLOINVEST Group of
Companies - the collection of Commercial proposals (Appendices 10, Lists of equipment and materials, Estimates for PIR and other costs).
Appendices 2-7), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). The offer is valid for at least 180 calendar days.

Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a Supplier using electronic document management systems.
If false information is provided, a potential Service Provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
