Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:I ask the applicants to choose one of the following options according to the payment terms, according to which Omsk Carbon Mogilev LLC cooperates:
- 100% deferred payment upon delivery of equipment;
- Advance payment in the amount of 500,000 Russian rubles from the cost of equipment according to your KP, the remaining part upon delivery of the equipment to the address of Omsk Carbon Mogilev LLC;
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of the entire volume of equipment;
- Bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment (___% according to your KP).

Comments:
The supplier is selected at the lowest price, taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse of Omsk Carbon Mogilev LLC on the terms of cooperation for payment specified above, according to the standard form of the Buyer's contract.
Mandatory loading in electronic form to the lot and sending together with the goods quality certificates, passports of manufacturers for the offered products.
