Comments:
Mandatory requirement:
- Provision of certificates of quality/conformity of products in strict accordance with the specified nomenclature;
- Stabilization of Ti or Nb (fivefold excess over carbon).
- Control of the MCC resistance of the material.
- Material hardness control – guaranteeing no higher than 22HRC.

- Provision of a commercial offer with a validity period of at least 30 calendar days.
