Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the form of the buyer’s contract.
2) It is necessary to attach the offer in electronic form.
3) When setting the commercial proposal, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of the product, availability, production time, delivery time to the supplier’s warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), point of departure;
4) Products must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
certificate;
6) Before shipment, you must fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of the supplied products, copies of documents shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Submitted commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Separately, the cost of the goods and separately the cost of delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) Links to the manufacturer;
4) Terms of payment;
5) Delivery time;
6) Supplier attitude to the delivered products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee.
8) Full compliance with the name of goods and materials in commercial offers (hereinafter in shipping documents) requested in the purchase.

The design of the package (transport packaging) should provide the possibility of transporting goods with any mechanical device, including a forklift, cranes, trolleys or manual manipulation, depending on the size and weight of the cargo (goods). The design of the package must be designed in such a way as not to impede free access to the contents of the package.
Rolled metal products (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be securely tied (wire, wire rod or metal tape) into bundles (packages). A bunch of packages should support the weight of the cargo in the pack during the loading and unloading operations and exclude the loss of metal from the bunch.
Each package must have UL (or factory label from the manufacturer).
Also, to prevent shortages of goods and materials during delivery, UL with complete data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place) - to that list of goods and materials that cannot be visually calculated in the section (pipe, channel, etc.).
