Comments:
- It is proposed to sell a custom strip in rolls, unclaimed in its own production. Characteristics are indicated in the description file. Metal is ready for pickup.
- This trading procedure is not a bidding, and the conduct is not governed by Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, it is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057–1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose an appropriate amount of civil law obligations on PJSC ChTPZ by obligatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner or another participant thereof.
- The trading procedure is carried out with the aim of collecting and further considering commercial offers indicating the price at which it is possible to purchase an unordered strip in rolls.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: - Данная торговая процедура не является торгами, и проведение не регулируется статьями 447 — 449 Гражданского кодекса РФ, так же не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057 — 1061 Гражданского кодекса РФ, что не накладывает на ПАО "ЧТПЗ" соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств по обязательному заключению договора с победителем или иным его участником.
- Торговая процедура проводится с целью сбора и дальнейшего рассмотрения коммерческих предложений с указанием цены по которой возможно приобретение беззаказного штрипса в рулонах.
- Предложенная участником цена отклонена.
