Comments:
- The price offer must include, without fail, the cost of delivering the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
- The Participant must submit the signed agreement in the Editorial Office of the Customer (with attachments), documents confirming the Participant's authority to supply the proposed products (certificates of the dealer, representative, manufacturer's guarantee letters, etc.)
- Be sure to attach a quotation indicating the delivery time and payment terms.
- This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
