Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt of a payment invoice duly drawn up by the Buyer from the Supplier. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (work) within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act (Act of the performance of services, work) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purposes of making payments under the agreement, in respect of which a request for proposals was made .

Also, to the application for participation in the request for proposals, it is necessary to attach a signed copy of the counterparty’s questionnaire (the form is attached), a set of constituent and accounting documents (the list is attached), and consent to conclude an agreement in the form of PJSC Vysochaishy (the form of the agreement is attached).
