The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (rebidding) in case of an unsatisfactory result at the first stage. No more than 30% of applicants with the best prices from the total number of participants will be admitted to rebidding. The winner of the procedure will be recognized the proposal of the applicant who offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
