Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 60 working days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, invoices, copies of bills of lading with the recipient’s mark.
Delivery terms:Delivery details: Kstovo, Industrial Zone, GSI-VNGS base
Delivery time: The material will be purchased in parts upon receipt of applications. Prices must be valid until 31.12.2019. Paint supply with test results!
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.
The supplied products shall be new.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. It is REQUIRED to your offers in electronic form to the participants of this procedure, prior to opening the envelopes, to attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file as a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization -participant in this procedure (free form on company letterhead). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
