To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure before the envelopes are opened. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
4. The volume of products supplied may increase in one direction or another.
