STM-Service LLC (Sinara transport vehicles, Sinara group) hereby announces a preliminary qualification of participants for the subsequent conclusion of an agreement on the provision of transport services. Participants who have successfully passed prequalification will be invited to participate in tenders on a daily basis at the B2B-center electronic trading platform for the right to carry out transportation to specified destinations.
