Comments:
A mandatory requirement for admission to participate in the procurement procedure is the provision of:
1. The applicant's application forms and documents, according to the attached list, simultaneously with the submission of the commercial offer.
2. Commercial proposals in electronic form must be confirmed by the participants of the procedure on the company's letterhead, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure.
The prices and terms of delivery in the commercial offers must correspond to the offers submitted to the ETP.
The commercial offer must indicate agreement with the wording of the Buyer's contract.
Acceptance of documents is carried out within 24 hours from the moment of completion of the auction.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of these requirements by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Criteria for evaluating participants' proposals:
- economic parameters - cost and payment terms;
- quality and delivery deadlines;
- qualification of the participant;
- completeness and quality of the submitted application
5. Note! This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
