Payment terms:100% prepayment by periodic payments in the form of prepayment up to the moment of self-delivery of the next consignment of scrap metal. The amount of the periodic payment (prepayment) must be equal to or greater than the value of the consignment of scrap metal.

Comments:
a prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of a sales contract is the presence of a license or permission for this type of activity. THE OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 3 MONTHS. MANDATORY ATTACHMENT OF THE OFFER.
In case of failure to provide the KP, the proposals submitted for consideration will not be accepted. The carrying out of the regrind envisages step-up price increase of 100 rubles.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
The price is fixed for 2019 year from the moment of signing the contract by the parties.
