Payment terms:Payment is made for each shipped consignment of the Goods within 3 (three) business days from the date of signing the PSA by the Parties. The Buyer pays the Supplier the cost of the Goods excluding VAT. The amount of tax at a rate of 20% is calculated and paid to the budget by the Buyer - a tax agent, in accordance with clause 8 of Art. 161 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Tax Code of the Russian Federation).
All settlements under the Agreement are made by bank transfer by transferring funds to the current account specified by the Supplier
Location of the lot and delivery terms:The supplier transfers the goods within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing this agreement.
The receipt of the goods is carried out by the Buyer by his own motor transport with the loading of scrap metal on his own (by a manipulator or a forklift) from the Supplier's facility - the site of the Transport section located at the address: Tver region, Kimrsky district, pos. White Town, st. Factory, 45.
